甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系QB10A与保持系QB10B的选育 被引量:1

摘要 为提高油菜生产效益,选育适宜轻简化机械化种植的油菜品种,以Polima cms不育系Q16A为母本,与生育期适中、株型紧凑、抗性强的Y10-08256等不同来源的双低常规品系父本进行杂交、回交转育。结果表明:利用Polima cms转育成的不育系QB10A具有不育彻底、株型紧凑、抗倒伏力强、品质优、配合力高等特点,配制的杂交组合QB10A×2350C、QB10A×2255C植株高度适中、株型紧凑、抗倒伏力强,品质优、配合力高等,其产量分别为159.4kg/667m^2和156.2kg/667m^2,分别比对照油研50增产11.6%和9.4%。 In order to enhance the productive benefits of B.napus,and breed new varieties suitable for simplified and mechanized cultivation,hybridization and backcross transformation were conducted between sterile line Polima cms(female parent)and double-low conventional lines of different origins,which were of moderate growth period,compact plant type and strong resistance such as Y10-08256.Results:Sterile line QB10A transformed with Polima cms is of thorough sterility,compact plant type,strong resistance to lodging,high quality and combining ability,the hybrid combinations QB10A 2350 Cand QB10A 2255 Care of the characteristics of moderate plant height,compact plant type,strong resistance to lodging,high quality and combining ability,the yield of which are respectively 159.4 kg/667 m^2 and 156.2 kg/667 m^2,11.6% and 9.4% higher than the control Youyan 50 separately.
