摘要
HAL3蛋白家族是近年来发现的一个与真核生物耐盐反应高度相关的新蛋白家族。植物HAL3蛋白家族是一类有较大应用潜力的新型抗盐多功能蛋白,在不同生物中具有调节磷酸酶活性,参与辅酶A合成以及介导光调节植物生长等多种功能。相对于植物中已经发现的其他盐相关因子,不同物种中已发现的HAL3蛋白均与抗盐相关,但在不同生物中HAL3蛋白有不同的功能。综述了酵母中HAL3蛋白的功能及其与逆境的关系、植物中HAL3蛋白的功能及与植物耐盐反应的关系、HAL3蛋白在植物耐盐反应中的作用、辅酶A与植物耐盐性的关系及HAL3蛋白在植物耐盐反应中的作用,并进行了展望。
The HAL3 family of proteins is a new family of proteins that have been highly correlated with the salt tolerance of eukaryotes in recent years.The plant HAL3 family of proteins is a new type of salt-resistant multifunctional protein with great potential for application.It has various functions such as regulating phosphatase activity,participating in coenzyme A synthesis and mediated light regulation plant growth in different organisms.The HAL3 protein has a distinct characteristic that HAL3 protein has been found to be related to salt tolerance,but HAL3 protein has different functions in different organisms,as compared with other salt-related factors that have been found in plants.The function of HAL3 protein in yeast and its relationship with stress,the function of HAL3 protein and its relationship with plant salt tolerance,the role of HAL3 protein in plant salt tolerance,the relationship between coenzyme A and plant salt tolerance were summarized,and then a prospect was made as well.
