常德市休闲渔业发展现状与对策

Development Situation and Countermeasures of Leisure Fishery in Changde City

为推动和促进常德市休闲渔业的可持续发展,通过查阅文献和现场走访调查对常德市休闲渔业发展现状进行调查分析。结果表明:常德市休闲渔业发展过程中存在整体规划性不强,经营管理不规范,从业人员素质不高,旅游形象设计不足等突出问题。同时从因地制宜地合理规划,规范休闲渔业基地建设,加大政府扶持力度,提高从业者素质,加强宣传方面提出推动常德市休闲渔业的对策。

The current development status of leisure fishery in Changde City is surveyed and analyzed by literature review and on-site interview and investigation to promote and improve sustainable development of leisure fishery in Changde City.Results:The prominent problems of insufficient overall planning,irregular management,lower quality of employees and inadequate tourism image design exist in the development process of leisure fishery.The countermeasures of formulating rational planning according to local conditions,regulating base construction of leisure fishery,increasing governmental support force,improving employees' quality and strengthening its propagation are proposed to push development of leisure fishery in Changde City at the same time.
