4种虎耳草矿质元素及其浸出物的含量

Content of Mineral Elements and Extract in Four Saxifraga stolonifera varieties

为药用植物虎耳草优质基因资源筛选及其开发利用提供理论依据,采用热浸法等研究花叶红背(HH)、叶片光滑(YG)、小叶红背(XH)和花叶绿背(HL)等4种虎耳草矿质元素氮、磷、钾、铁、锰、钙、镁、锌、铜的含量及其与浸出物含量的相关性。结果表明:YG虎耳草的钾、钙、镁和锰含量极显著高于其余3种;XH虎耳草的铁含量极显著高于其余3种;4种虎耳草的浸出物含量差异不显著,其铁含量与浸出物含量呈正相关但差异不显著,锌含量与浸出物含量呈极显著负相关,锰含量与浸出物含量呈显著负相关。

The N,P,K,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,Zn and Cu content in four S.stolonifera varieties(HH,YG,XH and HL)and the correlations between the extract and these elements content are analyzed by the hot extraction method to provide the theoretical basis for screening and development of fineness gene resources of S.stolonifera.Results:The K,Ca,Mg and Mn content of YG S.stoloniferais higher than HH,XH and HL S.stolonifera very significantly.The Fe content of XH S.stoloniferais higher than HH,YG and HL S.stoloniferavery significantly.There is no obvious difference in extract content among four S.stoloniferavarieties.The Fe content is positively related to extract content but the difference is not significance.There is a very significant negative correlation between Zn content and extract content.There is a significant negative correlation between Mn content and extract content.
