基于传统建筑保护与修缮的重要性及特殊性,阐述传统建筑与现代建筑监理工作的异同,为进一步规范传统建筑监理制度工作提供参考依据,文章结合福州市朱紫坊芙蓉园工程修缮过程中出现的问题采取的协调、把控方法,归纳总结传统建筑保护修缮工程监理工作需要注意的要点。

Based on the importance and speciality of traditional architecture protection and restoration,the paper illustrates the differences between traditional and modern construction supervision work,taking the FuRong Garden of Zhuzi Fang in Fuzhou as an example.Around the repair process supervision work characteristic of the traditional buildings,it summarizies the problems,also explores the main points of the traditional protection restoration project construction supervision work,which provides a reference basis for a further standardize supervision system work.
