新型智库建设背景下地方社科院图书馆转型与发展思考

Reflection on Transformation and Development of Libraries of Local Academies of Social Sciences under the Background of the Construction of New Think Tank

地方社科院图书馆作为地方社科院智库的重要组成部分,在新型智库建设背景下面临着转型与发展的挑战。文章分析了新形势下地方社科院图书馆谋求转型的必要性,阐述了当前地方社科院图书馆在提供智库服务上存在的问题,提出了若干推进地方社科院图书馆发展的策略。

As an important part of the think tank of local academies of social sciences,libraries of local academies of social sciences are facing the challenge of transformation and development under the background of the construction of new think tank.This paper analyzes the necessity of the libraries to seek transformation in new situation,expounds the existing problems in think tank services provided by libraries of local academies of social sciences,and puts forward some strategies to promote the development of the libraries of local academies of social sciences.
