Analyzing the Problem of Scientific Research Ethics Misconduct in Haruko Obokata Occurrence and Its Impact

[目的 /意义]小保方晴子事件中存在着捏造和篡改实验数据的科研道德失范行为,分析这一事件及其对科学研究和科学共同体造成的损害,有利于认识科研道德失范行为所造成的影响。[方法/过程]通过加兰·西奥多的科学方法进程模型和《科研行为责任指南》,可以分析小保方晴子及其团队对科研过程的破坏和对科学家研究责任的背离。[结果 /结论 ]在该事件中,科研人员在收集数据的过程中没有遵循科研道德规范,导致了同行的不信任、对自身利益的损害及公众的指责。

[Purpose/significance]Haruko Obokata Occurrence reflects academic misconduct in scientific research ethics.Analyzing the incident and its damage to the scientific research and the scientific community is conducive to understanding the impact of scientific research ethics misconduct.[Method/process]By Garland Theodore’s scientific method process model and Guide to Responsibility for Conduct in Research,we analyzed the damage that Haruko Obokata and her team made to the research process and figured out their departure from the research responsibilities of scientists.[Result/conclusion]In this occurrence,researchers did not follow scientific ethics in collecting data,which caused the mistrust of peers,the damage to themselves and the accusation from the public.
