将科研能力培养引入组织化学实验教学

Integration of scientific research training into experimental histochemistry curriculum

目的尝试将科研训练引入组织化学实验教学,培养研究生的科研能力。方法在注重训练学生基本实验操作的同时,大幅增加课前文献阅读、实验方案设计和课后总结、实验报告撰写等科研训练相关内容。2014—2016级共3个年级选课研究生参与教改;通过课堂作业、问卷调查、理论考试、实验操作考查等多种形式综合评估效果。结果评估结果显示学生对课程满意度很高、学习主动性有明显提高,分析解决问题、团队协作等多方面能力得到锻炼。结论从科研实际需求出发,将科研能力培养渗透到组织化学实验的各个环节,为学生未来科研工作打下良好基础,同时也提高了组织化学课程的教学质量。

Objective In order to improve graduate students’scientific research competency,research training was integrated into experimental histochemistry curriculum.Method In addition to basic experiment operation,students from class2014~2016were extensively trained on literature reading,experimental design,after-class summary and experimental report writing.The overall effectiveness of this new approach was evaluated through classroom assignments,questionnaires,and exams on theory and experiment operation,etc.Results Students in general showed high satisfaction on the curriculum.There was significant improvement on their learning initiative,ability to analyze and solve problems,as well as teamwork.Conclusion Based on the actual requirements of scientific research,tailoring research training to fit in all aspects of experimental histochemistry curriculum not only helps students build a good foundation for future research work,but improves teaching quality.
