提升大学生宪法教育有效性探析

The analysis of improving the effectiveness of College Students' constitutional education

党的十八届四中全会确立了全面依法治国的主基调,揭开了建设社会主义法治国家的新篇章。加强大学生宪法教育,有利于大学生形成时代要求的法治思维和树立社会主义核心价值观,这也是加强大学生公民意识的重要方法。当前,我国高校宪法教育还存在一些问题,为进一步提升大学生宪法教育的有效性,必须以十八届四中全会精神为统领,深入领会《中共中央关于全而推进依法治国若十重大问题的决定》文件的重要精神,加强社会主义法治理念学习,提高宪法教育在高校法治教育中的地位,以权利义务教育为重点,弘扬宪法精神,实践中注重宪法教育的路径创新。

In the fourth Plenary Session of the18th CPC Central Committee,the Party established the main tone of a comprehensive rule of law,and opened a new chapter in the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.Strengthening college students'constitutional education is conducive to the formation of the rule of law thinking and the establishment of socialist core values for college students.This is also an important way to enhance college students'civic awareness.At present,China's colleges and universities constitution education there are still some problems,for further promotion of College Students'constitution education,must be based on the spirit of the the fourth Plenary Session of the18th CPC Central Committee as a guide,in-depth understanding of the spirit of"CPC Central Committee on the whole and advance if the ten major issues"file the rule of law,strengthen the socialist concept of rule of law,improve the status of constitutional education in Colleges and universities in the rule of law education,the rights and obligations of education as the focus,promote the spirit of the constitution,focusing on innovation in the practice of constitutional education.
