Study on the problems and countermeasures of the construction of higher education counselors in higher vocational colleges

高职院校的辅导员队伍已基本实现高学历化,然而高学历并不等于高能力,研究高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设状况具有重要意义。尝试以高职院校高学历辅导员作为研究对象,分析存在的主要问题,努力探索高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设的有效途径。

The higher vocational college counselor team has been the basic elements of a highly educated,highly educated is not equal to high ability,however,research in higher vocational colleges education counselor team construction condition is of great significance.This paper tries to study the main problems of higher vocational college instructors as the research object,and tries to explore the effective way for the construction of higher education counselors in higher vocational colleges
