清代商镇暖泉初探

A Probe into Nuanquan Town in the Qing Dynasty

暖泉是清代蔚县重要的商业集镇,在顺治年间有了较大的发展,经过清朝的不断发展成为了蔚县"八大商镇"之一。暖泉商业的发展主要得益于交通优势,两条重要的商道从暖泉经过,一条是链接蔚县和山西广灵的商道,同时也是连接山西北部地区和北京的商道。一条是连接山西北部和保定地区的商道。此外,暖泉本地也有发达的手工业,其中以缸房、油房较为突出。多种内部因素和外部因素使暖泉成为了"蔚县—广灵"盆地的重要商镇。

Nuanquan town,located in Yuxian county,is an important commercial town in the Qing dynasty.The town found a development in the reign of Shunzhi and later became one of the eight most famous commercial towns in Yuxian county.The development of Nuanquan’s commerce benefited from its convenient transportation as two important trade routes passed through the town.The first one,connected Yuxian county with Guangling of Shanxi province,was also a link between northern Shanxi with Beijing.The second one linked northern Shanxi to Baoding.In addition,the handicraft industry in Nuanquan was developed,featuring vat making and oil squeezing.Multiple internal and external factors led to Nuanquan’s becoming of an important commercial town in the Yuxian-Guangling Basin.
