扦插时间对绣球花嫩枝扦插生根的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为探明绣球花嫩枝的最适扦插时间,于2015年4—9月在南京市蔬菜科技园双层连栋塑料大棚内进行绣球花嫩枝扦插时间对其生根时间、成苗时间、成活率和根系性状的影响试验。结果表明:随扦插时间延后绣球花嫩枝扦插生根和成苗所需时间呈先减少后增加趋势,扦插成活率呈先升高后降低趋势,根数、根长及根干重各指标间差异不明显。日温25~30℃、夜温15~20℃为绣球花嫩枝扦插最适温度,该条件下扦插成活率达90%以上,生根时间、成苗时间分别只需15~17d和25~32d。南京地区5月1日至7月1日设施内绣球花嫩枝扦插不需调控温度,其他时间需要调控温度以保证扦插成活率和种苗质量。 The effects of cutting time on rooting time,seedling formation time,survival rate and root traits of H.macrophylla shoot cuttings were studied in a greenhouse in Nanjing Vegetable Science and Technology Zone from April to September,2015to discuss the optimal cutting date of H.macrophylla shoots.Results:The needed days in rooting and seedling formation of H.macrophylla shoot cuttings presents a first decrease and then increase trend with delaying of cutting time and the cutting survival rate shows a first rising and then declining trend with delaying of cutting time.There are no obvious differences in root number;root length and root dry weight of H.macrophylla shoot cuttings among thirteen cutting time treatments.Day temperature at25~30℃and night temperature at15~20℃are the optimal temperature for cutting of H.macrophylla shoots and the cutting survival rate,rooting days and seedling formation days of H.macrophylla shoots are above90%,15~17and25~32respectively.The cutting of H.macrophylla shoots can grow normally in a greenhouse without regulating temperature from1st,May to1st,July in Nanjing but the greenhouse temperature should be regulated to ensure the survival rate and seedling quality of H.macrophylla shoot cuttings at other time.
