网考与大学英语课程建设研究

On IBCET and College English Course Construction from the Perspective of the Theory of Integrating Objectivism and Constructivism

摘要 大学英语四六级网考更加重视语言的应用能力考核,依托于现代信息技术,契合时代发展。本文以客观与建构互补理论为指导,开展网考形势下的大学英语课程建设研究,提出了建设的七个策略:1)提升教师与学生对网考的认知;2)构建网络教学环境;3)建设网考模拟平台;4)加强网络教学的监管;5)丰富课程网络资源;6)倡导跟读与听写相结合的听力学习方法;7)提高学生计算机操作能力。教学实践表明,客观与建构互补理论优势互补,对大学英语课程建设研究有一定的理论价值。 Attaching more importance to language aptitude assessment,the IBCET,based upon modern IT technology,conforms to the trend of the times.Guided by the theory of integrating objectivism and constructivism(OC theory),this paper explores College English construction in IBCET situation and puts forward seven approaches to the course construction:1)to improve teachers'and students'cognition of IBCET;2)to construct web-based teaching environment;3)to build IBCET simulation platform;4)to tighten the supervision of web-based teaching;5)to enrich web-based teaching materials;6)to advocate the methods of listening competency improvement:repeating and dictating;7)to improve students'computer competency.Teaching practice indicates that the theory of integrating objectivism and constructivism has theoretical significance for the research into the College English course construction.
