抗敏消炎洗剂联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗颜面再发性皮炎40例

Effect of Kangmin Xiaoyan Lotion Combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride on Facial Recurrent Dermatitis in 40 Cases

目的探讨抗敏消炎洗剂联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将80例颜面再发性皮炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予抗敏消炎洗剂湿敷,每次20 min,早晚各1次,同时服用盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液10 mL,每天1次;对照组仅服用盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液10 mL,每天1次;连用1个月后,观察和比较两组患者的症状体征、皮损情况及不良反应等。结果两组患者均按照要求治疗1个月后,症状体征评分较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为92.5%,65.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗敏消炎洗剂能够有效治疗颜面再发性皮炎,值得临床推广使用。

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of Kangmin xiaoyan lotion combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis.MethodsEighty cases of facial recurrent dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40cases in each group.The treatment group was given Kangmin xiaoyan lotion with wet compression for20min in the morning and evening,and levocetirizine hydrochloride10mL orally once daily;the control group was only given levocetirizine hydrochloride orally once daily.One month later,the symptoms and signs of skin lesions and adverse reactions in each group were observed.ResultsOne month after the treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy of the treatment group and control group was92.5%and65.0%,with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionKangmin xiaoyan lotion can be effective in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis,and it is worthy of clinical application.
