ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者血清1-磷酸鞘氨醇浓度变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者血清1-磷酸鞘氨醇(S1P)浓度的变化趋势,探讨心肌梗死与S1P的关系。方法选取的受试对象均为男性冠心病患者,对照组(n=31)既往无心肌梗死病史,心梗组(n=38)为ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者,且为初次发病,心梗组患者分别在经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)手术前及PCI术后1、3、7d通过高效液相色谱法对血清S1P浓度进行检测。结果心梗组血清S1P浓度较对照组降低(P<0.01),PCI术后1d,血清S1P浓度仍继续降低,与PCI术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),心梗组术后3、7d血清S1P浓度仍呈现降低趋势,前者降低更为显著(P<0.01),而术后7d较术后3d差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心肌梗死后血清S1P浓度降低,削弱了其对心肌细胞的保护作用,通过干预S1P及其信号通路,可能对心肌梗死具有潜在的治疗价值。
