综合性医院传染病管理中PDCA循环的应用分析

目的探析综合性医院传染病管理中PDCA循环的应用效果。方法本院在传染病日常管理中采用PDCA循环(质量环),对传染病管理制度进行不断地完善,并展开对于本院医务人员的传染病管理宣传和培训工作,提升医院传染病管理信息的流通性,开展疫情监测及重点传染病防治等工作,强化监督与奖惩。结果在实施质量环管理之后,医院传染病漏报迟报发生率有了明显下降,其中经网上直报的传染病病例为3427例,法定重点传染病的疫情上报漏报迟报率由以往的60%下降至1%,而在每一季度的医疗质量检查工作当中,有关传染病的漏报与误报率亦从原先的68%下降至0%,且在此期间亦无任何医务人员有交叉感染情况出现。结论综合性医院在传染病日常管理中通过采用质量环管理,可有效提升其对于重点传染病的防控能力,有效保障了患者安全及医院医疗质量。
