神经刺激器辅助联合神经阻滞在下肢手术中的应用研究

目的研究神经刺激器辅助联合神经阻滞在下肢手术中的麻醉效果。方法选择本院2011年1月~2016年6月收治的50例行下肢手术治疗的患者作为实验对象,根据双盲法将50例患者分成两组,取25例仅应用神经刺激器麻醉为对照组,另25例在对照组麻醉同时联合神经阻滞麻醉为观察组,比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组麻醉优良率占100%,对照组麻醉优良率占84%,与对照组麻醉效果相比,观察组麻醉效果更为理想,两组对比有显著差异(P<005);观察组不良反应发生率4%,对照组不良反应发生率28%,观察组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<005)。结论下肢手术患者应用神经刺激器辅助联合神经阻滞麻醉效果较好,可以使患者保持平衡的血流动力,而且术后并发症较少,值得推广应用。
