轻中度高血压采用硝苯地平缓释剂治疗的疗效评价

Effect of Nifedipine Sustained Release on Mild to Moderate Hypertension

目的探讨硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压的临床效果。方法在2015年8月~2016年8月本院收治的轻中度高血压患者中随机抽取112例,所有患者均经临床检查,确诊为轻中度高血压。按照随机数字表法,将112例患者分为研究组(硝苯地平缓释剂)与对照组(硝苯地平片)。对比两组治疗效果及治疗前后血压水平变化情况、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组、对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为929%(52/56)、714%(40/56),差异显著(P<005);治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压对比,差异不显著(P>005);治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压均有所改善,但研究组明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<005);研究组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为18%(1/56)、125%(7/56),差异显著(P<005)。结论在轻中度高血压患者的临床治疗过程中,采用硝苯地平缓释剂治疗的效果显著,能有效改善患者血压水平,且能减少不良反应的发生,安全性高,值得进行深入研究和应用。
