摘要
目的对无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰治疗效果进行分析研究。方法选择于2014年1月1日~2016年10月1日期间,在我院接受治疗的120例急性左心衰患者作为本次研究的对象,将患者随机分为两组,对照组患者采取强心剂、利尿剂等常规治疗,干预组患者则在采取常规治疗的基础上,对患者使用无创呼吸机进行治疗,对两组患者治疗后的血压、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、以及心律进行检测,观察记录两组患者的治疗效果进行对比研究。结果干预组患者治疗后的血压、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、以及心律明显优于对照组患者,且干预组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者。P<0.05认为差异具有统计学意义。结论在急性左心衰患者的治疗工作中,对患者进行常规治疗的基础上,采取无创呼吸机进行治疗,可以有效的改善患者的各项生理指标,加强患者的治疗效果,且治疗后的复发率以及不良反应较少,安全性高,操作简单,对患者的恢复有极强的治疗意义,具有较高的临床价值。
