血清降钙素原的检测在儿科感染性疾病中的应用价值研究

Application of Serum Procalcitonin in Pediatric Infectious Diseases

目的研究血清降钙素原的检测在儿科感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月间我院儿科收治的疑似感染性疾病98例,依据所有患儿的感染情况分为细菌感染组、病毒感染组及非感染组,对所有患儿均进行血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白及白细胞计数检测,通过对三种检测结果进行分析,总结血清降钙素原检测在儿科感染性疾病的应用价值。结果细菌感染组的血清降钙素原阳性率及C反应蛋白阳性率要显著高于病毒感染组及非感染组(P<0.05);白细胞计数显著高于病毒感染组及非感染组(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原在诊断感染性疾病,尤其是细菌感染性疾病中,具有较高的检出率,能够为儿童感染性疾病的诊断和治疗提供一定的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the value of serum procalcitonin in pediatric infectious diseases Methods A total of98suspected cases of infectious diseases were collected from June2015to June2016All subjects were divided into bacterial infection group,virus infection group and non infection group according to the infection All subjects were tested for serum procalcitonin,C reactive protein and white blood cell count The results were analyzed to summarize the application value of serum procalcitonin in pediatric infectious diseases Results The positive rates of serum procalcitonin and C reactive protein in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in virus infection group and non infection group(P<005)White blood cell count in bacterial infection group was significantly higher than the virus infection group and non infection group(P<005)Conclusion Serum procalcitonin has a high detection rate in the diagnosis of infectious diseases,especially bacterial infectious diseases It can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases in children
