摘要
目的探究2型糖尿病患者血糖代谢与其心脏植物神经功能改变的关系。方法以98例于2014年1月~2015年12月来本院治疗的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,对患者进行严格严查,测定患者体内糖化血红蛋白水平。观察比较检查结果。结果与心脏植物神经功能异常患者相比,心脏植物神经功能正常患者糖化血红蛋白浓度明显较低(P<005),严重病变型患者糖化血红蛋白浓度明显高于早期病变型患者及典型病变型患者(P<005)。结论2型糖尿病患者心脏植物神经功能改变与血糖代谢密切相关,控制血糖水平,使糖化血红蛋白浓度降低,能够显著减少2型糖尿病患者出现心脏植物神经功能出现病变的可能性,延缓病情发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood glucose metabolism and cardiac autonomic nerve function in patients with type2diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of98patients with type2diabetes from January2014to December2015were enrolled in this study The patient was strictly investigated and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were measured The results were investigated and compared Results The concentration of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with normal cardiac function was significantly lower than the patients with abnormal cardiac function(P<005)The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with severe disease were significantly higher than those in patients with early lesions and typical lesions(P<005)Conclusion The cardiac autonomic function of patients with type2diabetes mellitus is closely related with blood glucose metabolism The decreasing of glycosylated hemoglobin by controlling blood glucose levels can reduce the incidence of cardiac autonomic function in patients with type2diabetes,and delay the progression of disease
