微创内固定用于新鲜无移位舟骨骨折治疗48例分析

Analysis of Minimally Invasive Internal Fixation for 48 Cases with Fresh and Non-displaced Scaphoid Fractures

目的在临床治疗新鲜无移位舟骨骨折患者的过程中,应用微创内固定治疗的临床效果。方法从2011年4月~2015年10月在本院进行舟骨骨折治疗的48例病人,随机分组治疗,分别予以不同的固定方式,并对比固定期间患者的治疗状况及治疗满意度。结果治疗后CT平扫显示,骨折愈合率方面实验组优势显著(P<005)。实验组的满意度高于对照组,P<005。结论在临床治疗新鲜无移位舟骨骨折患者的过程中,应用微创内固定技术可显著改善骨折的治疗效果及骨折愈合率,且创伤小,具有较高的安全性,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive internal fixation for fresh and non displaced scaphoid fractures Methods48patients with scaphoid fractures admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects The control group was treated with external fixation,the experimental group underwent minimally invasive internal fixation The physical condition of the patients was closely observed and recorded The patient treatment status and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups Results After treatment,the fracture healing rate,patient satisfaction degree as well as the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<005)Conclusion The minimally invasive fixation technique is effective in the treatment of fresh non displaced scaphoid fractures With the less trauma,higher fracture healing rate and higher safety,it is worthy of promotion
