病毒性皮肤病常见分类护理措施探讨

目的探讨总结常见类型病毒性皮肤病的护理措施,以保证和提高病毒性皮肤病的治疗效果。方法将在本院接受治疗的264例病毒性皮肤病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组132例。所有患者均患者给予阿昔洛韦片口服及阿昔洛韦乳膏局部外涂,其中对照组患者给予一般护理干预措施,观察组患者在一般护理干预措施基础上根据不同类型病毒性皮肤病的成因和临床表现给予相应的护理措施。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果治疗后观察组患者临床治疗总有效率和护理服务满意度分别为932%和962%,均明显高于对照组的795%和826%(P<005)。结论在抗病毒治疗的基础上联合有针对性的护理措施应用于病毒性皮肤病患者的治疗和护理中效果显著,针对性的护理措施可有效缓解患者的临床症状,同时明显提高临床治疗效果,还可促进护患关系的改善,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate and summarize the nursing measures of common viral skin diseases,so as to guarantee and improve the curative effect of viral skin diseases Methods264cases of viral skin diseases treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,132cases in each group All patients were treated with oral and topical application of Aciclovir Tablets Aciclovir ointment,the control group were given general nursing intervention,the observation group of patients in the general nursing intervention measures based on different types of causes of viral skin diseases,clinical manifestations and give corresponding nursing measures The clinical efficacy and satisfaction degree of the patients were compared between the two groups Results After treatment,the total effective rate and the satisfaction degree of nursing service in the observation group were932%and962%,respectively,which were obviously higher than795%and826%in the control group(P<005)Conclusion On the basis of antiviral treatment,combined with targeted nursing measures applied in the treatment and nursing of patients with viral skin disease,the effect remarkable,targeted nursing measures not only can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,but also promote the improvement of the relationship between nurses and patients,it is worthy of clinical application
