个性化护理用于胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的临床观察

目的观察个性化护理用于胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的临床效果。方法在2015年2月~2016年2月期间,选取90例于本院行胆结石手术的患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为两组(观察组与对照组),各45例。对两组患者均进行常规护理,观察组再进行个性化护理。将两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分与满意度进行观察并对比。结果对照组护理后焦虑评分的降低幅度明显比观察组较小,且该组满意度(7778%)明显低于观察组(9556%),两组数据均具有明显差异(P<005),并具统计学意义。结论个性化护理用于胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的临床效果极佳,不仅能够将患者的焦虑情绪进行有效地缓解,而且还能将其满意度进行提高,值得广泛应用。
