全程优质护理模式在急性心肌梗死急诊PCI患者的应用观察

Clinical Observation of Entire Process Model of Quality Nursing Care Intervention in PCI Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨全程优质护理模式在急性心肌梗死急诊PCI患者的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年1月~2015年10月收治的急性心肌梗死急诊PCI患者80例来进行统计分析,根据计算机SPSS200软件包将所有研究对象随机、均等分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者实施全程优质护理模式,观察两组患者的护理效果,进行临床对照性分析。结果观察组病情评估时间、建立静脉通道时间、手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,结果具有显著性差异(P<005);两组患者护理前生活质量评分和左心室射血分数无明显差异(P>005),护理后观察组生活质量评分和左心室射血分数明显优于对照组(P<005)。结论全程优质护理模式在急性心肌梗死急诊PCI患者的应用效果突出,可为患者救治争取时间,值得在临床实践中推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of entire process model of quality nursing care intervention in PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction Methods A total of80PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomized into the observation group and control group using SPSS20from January2014to October2015,40cases in each group The control group was treated with routine care The observation group received entire process model of quality nursing care The effect was compared between the two groups Results The times of disease assessment,venous channel establishment,operation,and hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<005)There was no significant difference in the quality of life score and left ventricular ejection fraction between the two groups before nursing treatment(P>005)The quality of life score and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after nursing treatment(P<005)Conclusion The entire process model of quality nursing care has a great effect in PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction,which can shorten the treatment time,worthy of clinical application
