摘要
目的探讨飞秒激光制瓣联合准分子激光治疗近视手术的护理方法及效果。方法选择本院在2015年6月~2016年6月间收治的80例行飞秒激光制瓣联合准分子激光治疗近视手术的患者作为此次研究的对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组综合护理,对比两组患者的术后恢复情况及护理质量。结果观察组的护理有效率、并发症发生率及护理满意度均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论综合护理应用在飞秒激光制瓣联合准分子激光治疗近视手术中,可提高护理效果及质量,降低并发症的发生几率,值得推广和应用。
Objective To discuss the nursing care method and effect of femtosecond laser surgery combined with excimer laser for myopia Method Eighty cases of patients with operation of femtosecond laser surgery combined with excimer laser in our hospital from January2013to January2016were collected and divided into experimental group and control group,with each group40cases The patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and the patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing care The postoperative recovery and quality of care were compared between the two groups Results The nursing efficiency,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<005)Conclusion Comprehensive nursing could improve the effect and quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of complications in femtosecond laser surgery combined with excimer laser It was worthy of popularization and application
