喘可治注射液联合吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Chuankezhi Injection Combined with Inhaled Beclomethasone Dipropionate Suspension for the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma

目的在支气管哮喘急性发作患者的治疗过程中应用喘可治注射液联合吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗,探析其临床疗效。方法本次探究中选取我中心在2016年4月~2017年4月期间所收治的54例支气管哮喘急性发作患者作为样本人群,利用抽签法将所有患者均分2组,患者分别为研究组与对照组,每组患者例数是27例。给予对照组患者吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗,给予研究组患者喘可治注射液联合吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗,对比分析2组患者治疗后的组间数据。结果经过对应方法治疗后,研究组患者临床总有效率、主要症状总积分均显著性更优,对比对照组患者而言,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论在支气管哮喘急性发作患者的治疗过程中应用喘可治注射液联合吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液治疗,可显著提升患者的临床疗效以及显著缓解患者的临床症状,值得临床借鉴。

Objective In the course of treatment in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,observe the clinical efficacy of Chuankezhi injection combined with inhalation of beclomethasone dipropionate suspension Methods Fifty four cases of patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in our hospital from April2016to April2017were collected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with each group27cases The patients in the control group received inhalation of beclomethasone dipropionate suspension treatment,and the patients in the experimental group received Chuankezhi injection combined with inhalation of beclomethasone dipropionate suspension treatment The data of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed Results The total effective rate and the total score of the main symptoms of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<005)Conclusion In acute asthma,Chuankezhi injection combined with inhalation of beclomethasone dipropionate suspension could significantly improve the clinical curative effect of the patients and relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,which was worthy of reference
