阴道彩色多普勒超声在妇科急腹症诊断中的应用分析

Application Analysis Oftransvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Gynecological Acute Abdomen

目的本次主要对阴道彩色多普勒超声在妇科急腹症诊断中的应用进行分析,为临床有效诊断提供参考依据。方法选取本院2014年4月~2015年12月收治的妇科急腹症经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的患者92例,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析,对比探讨超声检查与临床诊断的结果。结果在92例患者中,经超声诊断后准确的有80例,诊断的准确率为870%。结论阴道彩色多普勒超声在妇科急腹症诊断中的应用准确率较高,能正确判断妇科急腹症患者迅速将相关病因,可作为其检查的首选方式。
