摘要
目的研究彩色多普勒用于诊断乳腺癌临床应用价值。方法选择2015年6月~2016年5月间收治的63例乳腺癌患者,所有患者均经病理检查确诊,分别进行彩色多普勒超声检查和X线钼靶检查,比较两种检查方法的符合率。结果彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断符合率(921%)明显高于X线钼靶检查(746%),差异有统计学意义(P<001)。结论彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌的诊断中,具有较高的诊断符合率,有利于乳腺癌的早期发现和治疗。
Objective To study the clinical value of color Doppler imaging in diagnosis of breast cancer Methods Sixty three cases of patients with breast cancer in our hospital June2015to May2016were collected as subjects All the patients were confirmed by pathological examination Color Doppler ultrasonography and X ray mammography were used to compare the coincidence rates of the two methods Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of color Doppler ultrasonography(921%)was significantly higher than that of X ray mammography(746%),the difference was statistically significant(P<001).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography had high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of breast cancer,which was helpful for early detection and treatment of breast cancer
