摘要
以废铅蓄电池中的铅膏为研究对象,采用液-固多相反应的收缩核模型研究铅膏中铅的浸出动力学,考察了搅拌速度、浸出温度、铅膏粒度、甲基磺酸对选择浸出铅的影响。结果表明:在实验选取的温度范围内,温度越高,颗粒越细,越有利于铅膏的回收,搅拌速率对浸出影响不大,甲基磺酸在一定温度下对浸出速率影响呈抛物线状,属于固膜控制扩散过程。该研究为高效低耗浸出铅提供了理论依据。
Taking the waste lead accumulator lead in cream as the research object,the contraction of the liquid-solid multiphase reaction model of nuclear research the leaching kinetics of lead in lead paste,stirring speed,leaching temperature,lead paste particle size,the influence of methyl sulfonic acid leaching lead to choose.The results show that selecting the temperature range of the experiment,the higher the temperature,grain is fine,the more conducive to recycling lead paste,stir speed on leaching,methyl sulfonic acid under certain temperature influence on the leaching rate is parabolic,belong to solid membrane diffusion process control.The study of high efficiency low leaching lead provides a theoretical basis.
