摘要
为了解制丝烘丝工序关键工艺参数批间稳定性情况及烘丝工艺参数之间的相关性,提高烘丝工序关键工艺参数批间控制稳定性,分析了目前南宁卷烟厂制丝烘丝工序工艺控制模式,利用过程能力指数CPK及合格率对制丝烘丝关键工艺参数批间参数进行统计分析,利用相关性系数及回归分析法对烘丝工序工艺参数之间相关性进行了分析。结果表明:(1)制丝烘丝工序关键工艺参数中,烘丝热风温度、热风风速、烘丝前HT蒸汽流量及排潮负压均为独立的系统控制,烘丝出口水分由筒壁温度进行控制,烘丝工序关键工艺参数批间稳定性主要受烘丝前HT入口水分及烘丝出口水分设定的影响;(2)从对烘丝工序关键工艺参数统计分析可知,烘丝工序关键工艺参数未达标批次中,烘丝前HT入口水分CPK,烘丝出口水分CPK、叶丝柔性出口水分CPK及烘丝筒壁温度合格率出现的未达标批次较多,上述工艺参数为烘丝工序工艺参数相关性较强,即参数之间关联性较强。(3)烘丝出口温度与烘丝出口水分散失量相关性较弱,烘丝出口水分与烘丝出口水分散失量具有较强的正相关性;烘丝筒壁温度与烘丝入口水分与出口水分差值有较强的正相关性,即烘丝入口水分与烘丝出口水分差值越大,烘丝筒壁温度越高,回归方程显著;烘丝入口水分与烟片处理段实际加水比例具有较强的正相关关系,一元线性回归方程显著。
In order to understand the relationship between the key process parameters of silk silk drying process parameters between batch stability and drying process,improve the key process parameters of drying process batch control stability,analysis of the current Nanning cigarette factory drying process control model,using process capability index CPK and statistical analysis of the key the process parameters of silk silk drying parameters between batch pass rate,using the analysis of correlation between process parameters of drying process by regression analysis method.The results showed:the silk drying process of key process parameters in the drying,hot air temperature and wind speed,the drying before HT steam flow and tide control negative pressure is independent of the system,the drying outlet water is controlled by the temperature of the tube wall,drying key process parameters of stable batch of silk process is mainly affected by drying HT before the entrance of moisture and drying silk silk export water set;the analysis from the statistics of the key process parameters of drying process,the drying process of key process parameters of substandard batches,dryingto HT before the entrance of water CPK,water CPK,leaf drying export wire CPK and a flexible slobber drying cylinder wall temperature the qualified rate of the substandard batches more,the parameters for correlation between process parameters of drying process is strong,strong correlation between parameters.The drying temperature and drying silk export export water loss amount weak correlation,drying and drying water export export water loss amount has a strong positive correlation;the drying cylinder wall temperature and drying entrance water and outlet water difference has a strong positive correlation,i.e.drying and drying the moisture water entrance exit the difference is large,the drying cylinder wall temperature is high,the regression equation was significant;drying moisture and tobacco processing entrance section of actual water proportion is positive correlated,a linear regression equation was.
