摘要
为验证制丝生产线A、B线生产加工过程工艺质量指标是否存在差异,利用双样本T等方差及异方差假设检验对A牌号卷烟制丝A线、B线主要工序工艺指标进行对比分析,结果表明:真龙A牌号卷烟烘丝前HT蒸汽流量批次平均值及烘丝热风温度批次平均值没有显著差异;真龙A牌号叶片加料出口温度批次均值具有显著差异;真龙A牌号卷烟烘丝热风温度批次标准偏差没有显著差异,真龙A牌号叶片加料出口温度批次标准偏差及烘丝前HT蒸汽流量批次标准偏差具有显著差异;真龙A牌号卷烟A、B线烟丝整丝率、碎丝率及填充值没有显著差异。由于工艺指标检测灵敏度及样本量较大,虽然部分工艺质量指标具有显著差异,但经过历史经验及对卷烟感官质量评价,A、B线部分工艺质量指标的显著差异未对最终成品卷烟烟支质量造成显著差异。
In order to verify whether there are differences in silk production line A,B line production and processing process quality indicators,using two sample T variance and variance hypothesis testing of A grade cigarette A line and B line of main process were analyzed,the results show that the Dragon A brand of cigarette silk drying before HT steam flow batch the average temperature of hot air drying and batch no significant difference of average grade of A;the Dragon blade feeding batch mean significant differences exit temperature;there is no significant difference between the Dragon A brand of cigarette silk drying air temperature batch standard deviation,Zhenlong A grade leaf feeding outlet temperature of batch standard deviation and drying before the steam flow batch standard deviation with HT significant difference;A A,B dragon brand of cigarette line of whole cut rate,broken rate and filling value have no significant difference.Because the process of index sensitivity and large sample size,although some technical quality indexes have significant difference,but after the historical experience and the evaluation of sensory quality,significant differences between the A and B line process quality index did not result in significant differences in final cigarette quality.
