中药纳米凝胶透皮给药系统研究进展

Research progress of transdermal delivery system of Chinese medicine nanogel

纳米凝胶是一种新型的药物载体系统,具有较低的表面张力,能够渗透角质层经皮肤吸收进入体循环,从而更好地发挥药效。在国内,正逐步发展中药纳米凝胶制剂,相较于传统中药贴膏,中药纳米凝胶制剂具有水溶性、生物利用度高、生物相容性好、可透皮给药等特点,能够良好的用于不可耐受注射剂,口服药物患者的治疗。文章从纳米凝胶的特点、类型、基质、临床应用等方面对中药纳米凝胶制剂进行综述。

Nanogel is a new drug delivery system,which has low surface tension,can penetrate the stratum corneum,absorbed into the body through the skin circulation,so as to better play the efficacy.In the country,is gradually developing Chinese medicine nanogel preparation,compared with the traditional Chinese medicine plaster,Chinese medicine,nanogel preparation has high bioavailability,good biocompatibility,permeable transdermal drug delivery characteristics such as water soluble,can be good for untolerance injection,oral drug treatment of patients.In this paper,the characteristics,types,matrix and clinical application of Chinese medicine nanogel were reviewed.
