试论现代学徒制与高职化工实践教学融合

对于目前普遍存在高职化工实践教学内涵建设的瓶颈突破困境,解决方案就是通过引入微型真实化工设备,实现高职化工专业与现代学徒制有效结合,提高化工类岗位技能综合应用创新的实践动手能力,培养符合化工企业因技术和设备升级所面临的高职人才技能要求。

To solve the difficulties in high vocational education of chemical industry,micro-simulation chemical equipment are introduced to integrate the modern apprenticeship and expertise education.It can improve DIY ability and innovative skills of workers to fit the updates of technology and equipment.
