澳大利亚TAFE课程设计与实训对我国应用型本科教学改革的启发——以旅游管理专业为例

Inspiration of Australian TAFE curriculum design and practical training on the reform of applied undergraduate education in China——Taking tourism management major as an example

文章首先介绍澳大利亚TAFE(Technical and Further Education)体系,即技术与继续教育,属于澳大利亚当下盛行的职业教育培训体系;其次全面研究TAFE办学模式,校企合作,师资聘用,课程设置和实训模式;最后结合我国应用型本科旅游管理专业教育现状,总结出如何进行深入的课程与实训教学改革,为学生设计一套符合学校实际情况的实训教学模式,以提高学生就业竞争力,促进学校由研究型大学向应用型大学转型为目的。

This paper introduces Australia TAFE(Technical and Further Education)system,the technical and further education.It is a special occupation education and training system in Australia;secondly,a comprehensive study of the TAFE mode,including cooperation,construction of curriculum and faculty recruitment,training base;finally,combined with the professional education of our application-oriented tourism management,summed up how to carry out the teaching reform of curriculum and training in-depth,constructs a set to conform to the actual situation of the school training teaching mode for students to improve the students'employment competitiveness,and to meet the needs of the society.
