基于生态效率的滨海旅游发展质量研究——以青岛市为例

Research on the Quality of Coastal Tourism Development Based on Eco-efficiency: a Case Study of Qingdao City

海洋旅游是发展海洋经济、建设海洋强国的重要组成部分,海洋旅游业已成为海洋经济的支柱产业之一,海洋经济的发展,离不开滨海旅游业的发展。随着资源、环境和社会承载压力的日益增大,衡量滨海旅游业的发展质量,评价滨海旅游发展的生态效率水平和变化趋势,对促进滨海旅游业可持续发展,实施海洋生态文明建设极为重要。综合运用单一比值法和指标体系法,对滨海城市青岛旅游餐饮、住宿、交通、游览、购物、娱乐各部门的生态效率进行定量研究,分析青岛市旅游业发展质量的影响因素,从旅游消费和生态投入两个方面,提出青岛市旅游发展质量的提升对策。

Marine tourism is an important component of the development of marine economy and construction of marine power.It has become one of the pillar industries of the marine economy;hence the marine economy development can hardly do without the development of coastal tourism.With the increase of resource utilization,environment and social carrying capacity,measuring the quality of the development of the coastal tourism industry and evaluating the level of ecological efficiency of the development of coastal tourism and the change trends are of great importance in promoting the sustainable development of coastal tourism and marine ecological progress.In this paper,with Qingdao city as the object of empirical study,the single ratio method and the index system method are adopted to conduct a quantitative study on the eco-efficiency of the catering,accommodation,transportation,sightseeing,shopping and entertainment sectors of the coastal city of Qingdao from2011to2013to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of tourism development in Qingdao City.Based on two aspects of tourism consumption and ecological investment,the countermeasures of improving the quality of tourism development in Qingdao are put forward.
