A型肉毒毒素联合持续减张法在面部小面积瘢痕手术切口中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Botulinum Toxin Type A Combined with Continuous Tension Suture in the Surgical Incision of the Small Area of Facial Scar

目的观察A型肉毒毒素联合持续减张法在面部小面积瘢痕手术切口中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年8月至2016年12月收治的面部小面积瘢痕患者152例,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=76)和对照组(n=76)。两组均实施面部面部瘢痕切除术,对照组术后采用予以常规方法治疗;观察组术后采用A型肉毒毒素+持续减张法治疗。术后3个月统计对比两组临床治疗效果,并采用温哥华瘢痕评价量表(VSS)及患者瘢痕评价量表(PSAS)与观察者瘢痕评价量表(OSAS)评估术后3、6个月瘢痕恢复情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率93.42%(71/76)高于对照组78.95%(60/76),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、6个月,观察组VSS、OSAS、PSAS评分较对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 A型肉毒毒素联合持续减张法可提高面部小面积瘢痕手术切口美观程度,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the botulinum toxin type A combined with the continuous tension suture in the surgical incision of the small area of facial scar.Methods A total of152cases of the small area of facial scar in our hospital from August2015to December2016were selected and divided into the observation group(n=76)and the control group(n=76).The two groups were treated with the facial scar resection,and the control group was treated with routine treatment after operation.The observation group was treated with botulinum toxin type A+the continuous tension suture.After3months of the operation,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The Vancouver scar rating scale(VSS),patient scar rating scale(PSAS)and observer scar evaluation scale(OSAS)were used to evaluate the scar recovery in3and6months after operation.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was93.42%(71/76),higher than that of the control group78.95%(60/76)(P<0.05).After3and6months of the operation,the scores of VSS,OSAS and PSAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The botulinum toxin type A combined with the continuous tension suture can improve the beauty of the incision of the small area of facial scar,and the effect of clinical application is remarkable.
