早期整形手术对老年烧伤合并神经损伤患者的治疗价值

The value of early plastic surgery in the treatment of elderly burn patients with nerve injury

目的分析在烧伤并发神经损伤患者治疗中行早期整形手术治疗的有效性。方法本次所选88例烧伤并发神经损伤的患者均于2016年10月份到2017年10月份到我院接受治疗,采取抽样方式进行随机分组,参照组44例患者1个月以内实施手术治疗,研究组则在5天内进行整形手术治疗,对比两组治疗的有效性。结果研究组有感觉功能、运动功能的患者占比情况明显要高于参照组,组间对比显示存在明显的差异(P<0.05);研究组患者显著改善情况明显要比参照组好,没有改善患者占比明显要比参照组少,组间对比显示有明显的差异(P<0.05);研究组ADL评分、皮肤恢复评分、功能恢复评分明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在烧伤并发神经损伤患者治疗中行早期整形手术治疗能够显著改善患者感觉功能与运动功能,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of early plastic surgery in the treatment of patients with burns complicated with nerve injury.Method We selected88cases of burn complicated by nerve injury patients in2016October to2017October at our hospital,take the sample were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of44patients within1months of surgery,plastic surgery treatment study group in5days,the effectiveness was compared between the two groups treatment.Results The study group has a sensory function,motor function of the patients was significantly higher than the proportion of the reference group,the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05);patients in study group were significantly improved significantly than control group,no patients accounted for significantly less than the control group,the comparison between the two groups showed obviously(P<0.05);the ADL scores of the study group,the skin to restore the score was significantly better than the control group,score function(P<0.05).Conclusion Early plastic surgery in the treatment of patients with burns complicated with nerve injury can significantly improve the sensory function and motor function of the patients,which is worthy of application.
