即刻种植对上颌前牙缺失患者牙龈乳头形态及骨吸收水平的影响探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨上颌前牙缺失患者应用即刻种植的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院86例上颌前牙缺失患者分组,对照组43例采用延期治疗,观察组43例给予即刻种植,对比两组患者术后种植成功率、牙龈乳头形态美学效果及骨吸收水平。结果观察组术后种植成功率95.35%高于对照组93.02%(P>0.05);观察组牙龈乳头美学形态优良率93.02%高于对照组76.74%(P<0.05);观察组骨吸收水平低于对照组,植体直径及植体长度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论即刻种植修复后成功率高,美学效果佳,同时降低骨吸收水平,提高植体稳定性,治疗周期短,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of immediate implant in patients with anterior maxillary loss.Methods Randomly in our hospital86cases of maxillary anterior teeth were divided into two groups,the control group of43patients with delayed treatment,43cases in observation group were given immediate implant,implant success rate,papilla aesthetic effect and level of bone resorption after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of planting95.35%higher than the control group of93.02%patients in the observation group(P>0.05);observation group of gingival papilla aesthetic form of the excellent rate was93.02%higher than that of the control group76.74%(P<0.05);bone resorption in observation group was lower than control group,the implant diameter and implant length is higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Immediate implant repair has high success rate,good aesthetic effect,lower bone absorption level,higher implant stability and shorter treatment cycle.It is worthy of clinical application.
