针对性护理干预对头皮烧伤行皮肤软组织扩张术患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响

Effect of targeted nursing intervention on postoperative complications and quality of life in patients with scalp burn undergoing skin and soft tissue expansion

目的研究针对性护理干预对头皮烧伤行皮肤软组织扩张术患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院行皮肤软组织扩张术治疗的头皮烧伤患者46例,随机数字表法分组,各23例。对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组在常规护理基础上给予针对性护理干预。统计比较两组术后并发症发生率及手术前后健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分变化。结果观察组并发症发生率13.04%(3/23)较对照组43.47%(10/23)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组SF-36评分较术前均提升,且观察组较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预应用于头皮烧伤行皮肤软组织扩张术患者,可降低术后并发症发生率,并提高其生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing intervention on complications and quality of life of the scalp burns of skin soft tissue expansion in patients with postoperative targeted nursing.Methods46cases of scalp burn patients treated with skin and soft tissue expansion were selected and randomly divided into23groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications and the changes of SF-36score before and after the operation were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of the observation group was13.04%(3/23),which was lower than that of the control group43.47%(10/23),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SF-36score of the two groups after operation was higher than that before the operation,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life in patients with scalp burns undergoing skin and soft tissue expansion.
