摘要
近几年来,随着食品监督管理和监管制度的加强和日益完善,社会对抽检样品管理也提出了更高的要求。为确保样品满足检验要求,充分反映产品的质量特性和可追溯性,降低检验风险,必须对样品的抽取、接收识别、储存及处理等所有过程实施严格的管理。本文对食品检验检测实验室在进行样品管理中的相关问题进行浅析,并对存在的相关问题提出一些解决办法。
In recent years,with the strengthening and perfection of food supervision and management and supervision system,higher requirements have also been set for sampling sample management.In order to ensure that the samples meet the inspection requirements,fully reflect the quality characteristics and traceability of products,and reduce the risk of inspection,we must strictly manage all processes such as sample extraction,reception,recognition,storage and processing.This paper analyzed the related problems in the sample management of food inspection laboratory,and put forward some solutions to the existing problems.
