摘要 我国粮食质量安全检验监测机构的发展已初具规模,在发挥粮食质量安全风险监测及经营质量安全管理方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。按照《粮食质量安全监管办法》要求,国家粮食行政管理部门和省级粮食行政管理部门应当建立健全粮食质量安全检验监测体系,消除质量安全监管盲区,充分发挥检验机构的作用。凡属国家粮食行政部门授权命名的粮食检验机构,接受国家粮食行政管理部门的业务指导,承担国家粮食行政管理部门委托的检验监测任务。 The development of food quality and safety inspection and monitoring institutions in China has begun to take shape,playing a decisive role in the implementation of food quality and safety risk monitoring and quality and safety management.According to the regulation of grain quality and safety,the state grain administration department and the provincial grain administration department should establish and improve the grain quality and safety inspection and monitoring system,eliminate the blind area of quality and safety supervision,and give full play to the role of inspection institutions.The food inspection agency authorized by the state grain administration department receives the business guidance of the state grain administration department,and assumes the task of inspection and supervision entrusted by the state grain administration department.
