食品检验在保障食品安全中的重要性及其局限性

The importance and Its Limitations of Food Inspection in Ensuring Food Safety

食品安全问题与民众生命健康息息相关,随着民众对健康生活水平的追求不断提高,食品检验工作逐渐得到社会大众的广泛关注。研究食品检验的局限性,对提升食品检验的准确性具有积极的作用。本文通过对相关文献资料的研究,提出食品检验的局限性,并给出相应解决对策。

The food safety problem is closely related to public health,as people pursuit of healthy life level unceasing enhancement,food inspection work gradually get the extensive concern of the public.Research limitations of food inspection,it has a positive effect on improving the accuracy of food inspection.In this paper,based on the research of the related literature material,put forward the limitations of food inspection,and gave relevant countermeasures.
