摘要 密胺餐具是由密胺树脂粉经过加热加压压制等成型工艺制得,属于高分子聚合物的一种。相对于陶瓷和不锈钢餐具,密胺餐具具有美观、轻巧、不易碎等优点,因此被广泛用于儿童饮食和餐饮业。但使用密胺餐具是否健康,需要引起重视。对此,本文依据新标准监测了密胺塑料餐具产品总迁移量、三聚氰胺迁移量、甲醛迁移量。 Melamine tableware is composed of melamine resin powder after heat pressing molding process thereof,belonging to a polymer.Compared with ceramic and stainless steel tableware,melamine tableware has the advantages of beautiful appearance,light,not fragile,it is widely used in children’s diet and food and beverage industry.But the use of melamine tableware is healthy,we need to pay attention to.In this regard,on the basis of the total migration of new standards for monitoring melamine plastic tableware products,melamine,formaldehyde migration.
