新形势下师德师风培养机制的多维思考

摘要 师德是教师的灵魂,而优良的师德有一个培育和成长的过程。在这一过程中,一方面教师要自觉意识到自己肩负的使命和责任,严格道德自律,强化自我修养,提升师德水平;另一方面需要充分发挥师德教育、师德激励、师德考核与监督的功能和作用,实现道德主体的内在驱动与师德建设的外在推动相结合,使其"四位一体"、相辅相成,从而形成推进良好师德师风建设的合力机制。 Professional ethics are essential to teachers and good professional ethics need to undergo a process of cultivation and never-ending growth.In this process,all teachers should be well aware of their lofty missions and responsibilities,strict with themselves,improve their moral levels and self-discipline.Moreover,the function of relevant moral education,encouragement,evaluation and supervision also need to have a role in promoting the construction of the ethics,thus achieving the complementary functions of the combination of these internal and external factors.
