摘要
在分析乳源瑶族自治县中小学教师队伍结构的基础上,通过自编调查工具和实地观察,透视"互联网+教育"背景下该县中小学教师的专业发展现状、发展潜力和发展诉求。调查发现,教师职业认同感强,专业发展整体趋于良好;但乡村教师专业发展途径不畅,教师的专业问题意识不浓,专业发展行动不力,专业知识与专业技能均有待提高。影响教师专业发展的因素涉及多个层面,建议通过校地协作、优势互补,分层分类、量身定制,以点带面、专家引领,技术支持、成长跟踪等途径促进区域中小学教师专业发展。
Based on analysis of the structure of teachers in middle and primary schools in Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County and by the self-administered investigation and field observation,this paper discusses the professional status,the development potential and demands of the teachers in the middle and primary schools under the background of“Internet+Education”.The Survey has found that the teachers have strong sense of professional identity and enjoy a fine career development.The ways to develop are not smooth in rural schools,as the professional consciousness is not strong,the professional development activities are half-hearted and the professional knowledge and skills need to be enhanced.There are various factors and aspects involved in teachers professional development.The school-local collaboration resulting in a mutual supplementary superiority,hierarchical classification,tailored designs,experts leading,technical support,growth tracking have been studied in the paper to promote the career development of the regional middle and primary school teachers.
