摘要
在解释高职与本科分段衔接培养项目含义的基础上,利用SWOT方法分析了江苏高职与本科"3+2"分段衔接培养项目自身具有的优势与劣势,外部的机会与威胁。针对存在问题从政策引导、激励约束、机制设计、过程衔接等方面提出了对策建议,以期为更好推进该项目的实施提供决策参考。
Based on the simple explanation of the meaning of“3+2”piecewise and cohesive in higher vocational education and undergraduate education,the SWOT method is used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the program in Jiangsu.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy guidance,incentive and restraint,mechanism design,process cohesion and so on,so as to provide reference for further promoting the implementation of the program.
