高职院校专业设置的问题与对策——以江西省为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Specialty Setting in Higher Vocational Colleges——a Case Study of Jiangxi Province

专业设置事关高职院校的生存与发展,专业设置是否科学直接关系到高职院校是否能为经济发展提供应用型人才。截至2015年,江西省开设高职专业的院校已有81所(含54所独立院校),这为江西省的经济发展做出了重要贡献。但纵观江西省高职院校的专业设置,出现了盲目设置热门专业,同质化问题严重,专业与产业不适应等问题。针对这些问题,高职院校要从宏观加强专业设置调控,采取突出特色专业,专业设置与区域经济发展相对接等措施,以此促进高职院校的可持续发展。

Professional setting is crucial to the survival and development of higher vocational colleges,and whether higher vocational colleges can provide constructive talents for economic development greatly depends on whether the professional setting is scientific or not.Up to2015,the number of higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province was81(including54independent institutions),which contributed much for the economic development of Jiangxi province.However,the"cold"and the"hot"are uneven in the professional setting of higher vocational colleges.In view of the problems homogeneity,specialty and industry,the regulation measures have been put forward to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges by means of highlighting the feature specialties and combing the specialty setting with the development of regional economy.
