The learning and development of teachers'knowledge in professional learning community is influenced by cultural capital,economic capital,technological capital and curriculum capital.It is also necessary to pay attention to the stimulation and aggregation of growth needs,the induction of problems and the opening of resources,the embedding of tasks and the cooperation of systems to encourage teachers to continuously carry out knowledge learning and development in the professional learning community.
