糖尿病肾病尿蛋白与尿微量白蛋白的检测价值分析

Detection of Urinary Protein and Urinary Microalbumin in Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨尿蛋白与尿微量白蛋白(m Alb)在糖尿病肾病检测中的临床价值。方法选择糖尿病肾病患者80例作为观察组,选择同期健康体检者80例作为对照组,两组均采集晨尿检测尿蛋白与m Alb,记录相关指标检测结果并计算阳性率。结果观察组尿蛋白及m Alb检测值明显高于对照组(205.20±26.84)vs(51.48±8.79),(29.43±4.70)vs(11.56±3.69),且阳性率亦高于对照组(23.8%vs 0.0%),(58.8%vs 10.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测尿蛋白及尿微量白蛋白可为糖尿病肾病临床诊断提供参考依据,能够尽早发现糖尿病肾病,临床价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of urinary protein and microalbuminuria(mAlb)in the detection of diabetic nephropathy.Methods80cases of diabetic nephropathy were selected as the observation group.80healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Urine protein and mAlb were collected from both urine samples.The positive rate was calculated and the positive rate was calculated.Results The levels of urinary protein and mAlb in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(205.20±26.84)vs(51.48±8.79),(29.43±4.70)vs(11.56±3.69),and the positive rate was higher than that in the control group(23.8%vs0.0%),(58.8%vs10.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of urinary protein and urinary albumin can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,can be found early diabetic nephropathy,the clinical value is higher.
